IPRO ESRD Divisional Board

ESRD Divisional Board Function

The ESRD Divisional Board is responsible for oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the IPRO ESRD Network of New England, the IPRO ESRD Network of New York and any other ESRD Networks that may be operated by IPRO.

Composition and Election/Term

The ESRD Divisional Board shall be composed of no more than 20 members except when appropriate justification is provided to CMS. The ESRD Divisional Board is led by two Co-Chairs elected from among the members of the ESRD Divisional Board by an affirmative vote of a majority of the ESRD Divisional Board. The Co-Chairs are comprised of one (1) provider representative and one (1) patient representative, each to be selected from a different ESRD Network.

Each ESRD Divisional Board Member shall serve for a term of two years. No ESRD Divisional Board Member shall serve more than six (6) consecutive years. Any former member who is absent from the ESRD Divisional Board for a period of two years may return to service as an ESRD Divisional Board Member.
